At Inprint, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes
a product might not meet your expectations. We offer the following return policies:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as intimate apparel and custom printables,
are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return:
Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Ship the return package using the provided shipping label or a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
